Cleaning Frequency
One-time or recurring residential cleaning.
The estimate allows the requested frequency to be identified separately from the cleaning type. Dates and availability are confirmed separately.
Frequency can also be discussed when the request is reviewed.
Service scope is confirmed for the individual home.
Cleaning methods, surface care, window access, linen arrangements, room access, and move-in / move-out interior details should be confirmed before work begins where relevant. Selecting a detail in an estimate request describes the requested scope; it does not by itself guarantee that the task is included.
