Apartment Complex Cleaning
Cleaning for the spaces residents share and move into.
Maid 2 Clean 317 is structuring apartment-complex services around clubhouses, shared areas, apartment turns, empty-unit deep cleans, move-in / move-out cleaning, and post-construction work.
Shared spaces set the tone
Clubhouse Cleaning
Resident-facing spaces kept ready for everyday use.
The clubhouse section is designed for the areas residents, guests, and property staff see most often. The final checklist has not yet been provided, so the exact task list will be added once approved.
General + Shared Areas
Hallways, entries, stairs, and common areas.
The commercial cleaning materials already identify common areas, restrooms, floors, entry and glass, trash and recycling, and high-touch surfaces as priority categories. This section adapts those same categories to an apartment-property setting.
Apartment Turns
Cleaning between residents.
Apartment turns are treated as their own service type so the unit, timing, access, and required cleaning level can be documented separately from recurring clubhouse and common-area cleaning.
A unit-specific cleaning scope.
This section is ready for the apartment-turn checklist once it is provided. It can hold the confirmed kitchen, bathroom, floor, appliance, cabinet, trim, window, and other empty-unit requirements that apply to the property.
Deep Clean Without Furniture
More access to the surfaces that are normally covered.
An unfurnished unit gives the cleaning team more direct access to floors, trim, cabinets, appliances, windows, doors, closets, and other areas that can be harder to reach during occupied cleaning. The exact deep-clean scope will be finalized with the property checklist.
Project Cleaning
Move-in, move-out, and post-construction work.
These services are separated from recurring property cleaning so the project condition, unit access, timing, and exact scope can be documented independently.
Move-In / Move-Out Clean
Cleaning for an empty unit transition.
This section can hold the confirmed empty-unit scope, including interior appliance or cabinet work when required by the property.
Post-Construction Cleaning
Project-based cleaning after construction work.
This area is ready for the confirmed post-construction checklist, project conditions, access notes, and photography once supplied.
Property Scope
One property can contain several different cleaning environments.
The final plan can separate recurring common-area service from unit turns and project cleaning while still keeping the full property scope organized in one place.
Checklist Framework
Property-specific cleaning groups
Exact tasks remain pending. These groups provide the structure for the approved apartment-complex checklist when it is supplied.
Detailed apartment-property tasks can be added without rebuilding the page.
The service categories and visual structure are in place now. When the clubhouse, common-area, turn, deep-clean, and post-construction checklists are provided, the placeholder scope language can be replaced with the exact approved tasks.
